Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through soulcollectors.dk, operated by Soul Collectors inc. (CVR no. 45035158), Nørrebro, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Buyer: The person or entity placing an order on soulcollectors.dk.

Products & Prices

All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the binding price. We are not bound by obvious pricing errors.

Order & Agreement

A binding agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email from Soul Collectors inc. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Payment

We accept MobilePay and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely. Your card details are never stored by Soul Collectors inc.

Delivery

We ship with DAO. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Warranty

You have a 2-year statutory warranty under Danish law. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. Contact us at contact@soulcollectors.dk.
