Return & Refund Policy
At Soul Collectors inc., we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers)
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed. To exercise this right, contact us before the deadline at contact@soulcollectors.dk.
Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
How to Return
- Email us at contact@soulcollectors.dk before sending anything back.
- Items must be returned in substantially the same condition as received, preferably in original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and approve the return, we will refund the purchase price — within 14 days, using the same payment method you used at checkout.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@soulcollectors.dk as soon as possible with a description and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under Danish consumer law (2-year statutory warranty).
